Students follow these steps:

Find an advisor.

Fill in the “Registration form for the implementation of the graduation thesis” and ask for the opinion and confirmation of the Head of Department.

Conduct graduation thesis at least 1 month before the semester.

- Students fill out the form according to Form 1.

- Reviewing cases where students register for advisor outside Department for more instruction to student.

- Consider the number of students/advisor to ensure good support for students.

Write Graduation thesis outline and discuss with advisor.

 

Week 1 (Of the semester of the thesis).

- After finding advisor and determining the research direction. The outline is written according to Form 2

Perform formatting by Form 5

Defend your thesis in front of the graduate thesis review committee.

Week 2

 

- Submit the outline 03 days before the date of defense (3 copies).

- Prepare reports using Powerpoint program.

Implement the contents of the approved outline.

Week 3-18

- Students must complete the content that has been approved in the thesis outline. Graduation thesis written under Form 3.

Perform formatting by Form 5

Mid-term progress report.

Week 12

- Students make progress reports and send them to the Department secretary (According to Form 4).

Graduation Thesis Report.

Week 18

- The secretary records the Council's comments and edits them according to the content of the comments.

Edited according to board comments.

Week 19

- The format of the thesis must be presented according to the prescribed Form 5

Submit the revised thesis for the board member to sign on the “Board Approval” page and return it to the Department (1 hard copy).

Week 19

- Sign the thesis submission list.

- When submitting to the council for signature, it is necessary to specify the revised contents (enclosed with the adjustment minutes according to the council's comments - Form 6).
